Swatah madodu uttama (Doing the work yourself is best)
Maga madodu madhyama (Work done by son is medium)
Aalu madodu haaLu (Work done by a servant is hopeless)

If the same is applied to daily work..

Client madodu uttama
Vendors madodu madhyama
Employees (of vendors) madodu haaLu

If everyone thought like this... waah.. what a life it would have been :)
